Appointments and service estimates
Choose an available appointment and provide accurate contact and vehicle details. Appointment slots are scheduled hourly; the time needed to complete a service can vary. Requested services, vehicle condition, pricing, and any additional work must be confirmed with our team. A booking does not authorize undisclosed additional charges.
Use the reschedule or cancellation link in your confirmation, or contact us if your plans change. No cancellation fee or refund policy is created by this page. Any applicable paid-service conditions must be disclosed before purchase.
Memberships and recurring payments
Online paid membership enrollment is not yet open. An inquiry does not start a subscription or authorize a charge. Before activation, you must receive the plan price, included services and limits, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method, and refund terms, and agree to the recurring payment arrangement. Do not send payment card details in ordinary forms, email, or text messages.
Rose Car Wash Spa SMS program
If you choose service texts, Rose Car Wash Spa may send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and updates about your requested vehicle-care services. If you separately choose promotional texts, we may send offers and discounts for our services. Automated messages may be used. Each choice is optional; you can book or buy without agreeing to marketing texts.
Frequency and charges
The number of messages depends on your appointments, requests, and selected communication preferences. Your wireless provider may charge for messages and data. Check your mobile plan for details.
Stopping texts
Reply STOP to a message from our program to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message acknowledging the opt-out, after which messages from that program will stop. To receive texts again, provide a new opt-in through our signup process.
